The only sanitation concern I had is that there was know paper towel or covering for the head/face rest. I would suggest extra protection.

My expectations of relieving pain in my lower back were very high as I wanted to believe my 1st massage would correct this. I do believe as I stay consistent with massages once every 1 to 2 months this will be the case as I do believe my massage did indeed help in this area . I’ll definitely be back .

My masseuse seemed a little inexperienced. The massage did not feel as good as other massages I have gotten at Hand & Stone. I tend to prefer massage therapists whose touch feels more confident.

It was good. There was a last minute switch up with the type of massage I received. But the therapist did a good job anyway.

I didn’t fell relaxed the massage wasn’t a steady flow

I was super excited to get a massage with me and my mother. A few days before my appointment I got an email saying it was canceled. So I called as soon as I got the email to rebook the receptionist a great as she book me. Then I called the day of my appointment just to confirm if I needed to wear any specific clothing during my appointment. The receptionist confirmed that there was no appointment once again for me. She was able to reboot my appointment but it was very disturbing that there was issues and book an appointment. Then at the end of the service I was told I had to pay again for the service when hands and stones had already taken out money in my account. Thank goodness I had enough money in my account because I almost did not have enough. The receptionist told me that they will have to refund my money. The refund it eventually come but I should’ve never had my appointment canceled, I should never had to make appointment twice in one week for one day, and I should’ve been charged twice. Getting the massages was great but getting there wasn’t.

Receptionist was not knowledgeable

The waiting area chairs, etc are looking a bit run down. My massage was amazing. Probably one of the best I've ever had.

Because my massage therapist kept talking to me while all I wanted was to relax and enjoy my massage.
