Wish the reception area pens and forms are also sanitized. There are many people coming in from outside and directly using them before the temp check or without sanitizing their hands

Someone booked the massage for me as a gift online, but Hand and Stone did not take the payment. I had to pay for my services in person after my massage.

The visit was nice, but felt more impersonal than I’m used to experiencing with Hand and Stone. Massage therapist did not ask questions about preference or trouble areas and used cold oil, which felt even worse since gloves are now required. I would also love an option for music requests as other massage therapists have done for me in the past. In short, I would like a more personalized and pampered experience with my membership.

Just satisfied. Need to stay consistent to have honest review. Will be back.

I did not like how the receptionist kept pressuring me to join the "lifetime plan" or add more services to my appointment. It felt like they were just begging for more money from me.

I am use to a certain relaxed atmosphere with a nice scent. I felt like the therapist could have been a little more engaged and told me to drink plenty of water and offer advice.

Linen quality and room decor quality not great. Therapists lovely. Still can’t connect my membership w online account and accrue points etc.

my massage was less than the time I paid for by a few minutes and I have been here a few times and the massage was very different than anything I have received before. I ask to focus on the same points every time I go and this time no other parts of my body were massaged along with the places I told my therapist

I do enjoy massages at Hand & Stone. I am satisfied with the care. The only reason I did not put Highly Satisfied is that the massages only last 50 minutes. I would like the actual massage to last 60 minutes. It seems misleading that they are called 60 minute massages but that 10 minutes of that time is not actually the massage.
