The massage therapists keep leaving!

Masseuse ended my session 10 mins early. She didn’t really talk which was fine. I wish she massaged my back more!

Front desk staff were rude and had loud private conversations in front of waiting clients, such as how staff were quitting, their salary was low, and other topics that were unprofessional. Their loud voices ruined the relaxing ambience.

I think guest should not be on their cell phones in the reception area phones should be off

Masseuse spent too much time on my left shoulder that the remaining areas felt rushed and not enough time was spent on them. The transition from one body part to the other wasn’t done smoothly.

Staff all friendly and rooms are clean. It’s always a pleasant and relaxing experience.

My cousin and I booked online with specific therapists. When we arrived we were told we were seeing other therapists. This was very inconvenient.

I tend to be a hard grader so "highly" satisfied seems hard to achieve. I appreciate the information regarding plans but for someone that only comes in once or twice a year, I wish the reception staff would recognize that and try not to sell me on the membership each time.

I felt that the actual body massage wasn’t intense enough. I felt that I was just being rubbed down and not massaged. But the lady was very nice and pleasant.

The only thing for me was that the room was a little hot that day and I did not get a hot towel after to wipe off the excess oil. Great massage though!
