Quality of spa is not great. Faux luxe reception area and poor quality cabinets, counters, etc. Staff were great but setting left a bit to be desired.

I love the service and everyone is so nice. Very clean environment. Love the receptionist, very patience, nice and very understandable.

My therapist called out and i was disappointed. My therapist was fine just felt that not enough product was used. However my focus areas were satisfied.

Massage went for 52 minutes (including an extra service). Would have liked to get my full money worth

Apparently my phone number was recorded incorrectly, so I didn’t receive call/voicemail that my requested therapist was not in today. The therapist I requested makes me feel so extremely comfortable and does amazing work, so I was disappointed by this mishap. The therapist I did have was very professional and extremely kind, but I just wasn’t prepared for the change. I was also a little surprised by the pressure she used on the back of my head/top of spine? It felt a little ouchy in the moment but not so much so that I felt like mentioning it. Now, the next day, it is very tender to the touch, I’m pretty surprised!

I really wish the website worked for booking and keeping an eye on my membership numbers...

I was very satisfied with my experience. My estitian (I cant spell that sorry) was so so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Wonderful service. Booed my next facial with her.

The past two times I’ve scheduled appointments, they’ve been moved/rescheduled the day of. I appreciated that this time, they offered an upgrade to make up for this. The service as always is excellent!
