The appointment started over ten minutes late. No one apologized for being late or told me why the appointment was running late. My appointment was less then the 50 minute facial with all things included.

My massage therapist is amazing and it's getting harder to book an appointment with her! That's the only complaint :)

My massage therapist was nice. The pressure was a little too intense at times.

I felt like I didn’t get my full time of massage. My appt was for 12pm and by the time my massage started it was over quickly at 12:52pm. That’s about a 45 min massage. I also didn’t get my shoulder area worked on like expected.

I had a very good aesthetician who addressed my dry skin areas, but I think that the price increased a lot between the 59.99 and 80 dls

Because some times it seem like the masseuse is tired only when I come later. But I'f I come early everything seems better

As this was my first time booking and receiving a facial, I lack comparative experiences. However, I was satisfied with my first experience at Hand & Stone.

I would prefer if I had more access to my membership package -- I am somewhat confused as to what it entails. I know that I could talk to a receptionist about this. However, I would prefer to have it in an online portal or to receive emails. Finding out just via phone that a package is available is a nice surprise, but not helpful for planning.

I was given a different service from what I paid for. Although the issue was resolved and I was given a gift card to upset the balance, I think the staff should have been better informed as to what services the clients paid for and deliver accordingly. Or even ask questions for verification.

I think it was ok I wanted more of a deep tissue massage and received more of a swedish. Each therapist has their own style so didn't want to disrupt but I did mention soreness and wanting very firm pressure. I think there was more focus on my arms than legs and back where I wanted more focus. Therapist was nice and professional but massage not what I expected.
