My appointment started late and finished early. The massage itself and ambience was great. Online booking is tricky. Ive booked online in the past and received a call to reschedule since the online didnt reflect when certain therapists were on break or other reasons.

I was very satisfied with the experience, and most likely should have spoke up earlier about the pressure of my massage. I felt very relaxed but I felt as though my tightness wasn't quite relieved. The therapist did a great job on my calves, but my back (which I specifies as my problem area) could have used more attention. I did love his use of oils in beginning and he was very respectful.

During a recent visit I had a massage therapist that smelled like cigarette smoke. This made it difficult for me to deep breathe and relax.

I have asked, in every time I have tried to book online, to be contacted via e-mail to confirm. I have virtually no phone access during the times the location is open, so I have to try my luck and hope that there will be someone available. It would be far easier if someone could simply email me the way I always ask, so I could actually book my appointments properly.

The staff was pleasant and attentive. The staff was professional. The staff seemed knowledgeable.

My massage was wonderful -- Todd was great! I am coming back just for him! However, it is difficult for me to make appointment due to disparate systems per franchise location.

I think if products are being offered the pricing should be made available or discussed as opposed to getting the price when you are checking out and if they have an option to returned expensive open item if it did not work and for how long to use before determine it doesn't work

It felt like a long wait for my therapist to enter the room once I was ready--it made me wonder whether I had received the full 50m or not (maybe I did, but I wasn't sure). The therapist's hands were cold at the start which startled me, but they warmed quickly.

The stairs are very steep to the second floor and the elevator experience its smelly and dirty. Today there were even loose wires protruding from a wall onto of the garage smells.

Please explain well about the detailed transactions. Sometimes,it looks unclear and imprecise. Thanks!
