room was too cold, head massage and foot massage did not feel good - was expecting it to be much better - not enough pressure. Dont think the add-on sevices should be included in the 60 min massage - should be extra time since i am already paying for the 60 mins. therapist cut the massage off 6 mins too early.

The massage therapist was good but seemed to end the massage abruptly and wasn't quite as good at transitioning between body parts as others I've had. A little more communication at the start and end would have been helpful to know what we were starting with and to know it was ending would have been helpful.

Receptionist was so amazing and patient when assisting me in signing up for a membership. He was so kind and thoughtfully answered all of my questions! I appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood everything. He is the reason I signed up for a membership. I believe his name was Seth, he was working Sunday 6/24 at 12 pm at the University City location in Philadelphia, PA. He deserves recognition!

The scalp massage was not what I expected. The pressure was too light even after I told the therapist to increase the pressure. Maybe that what scalp massage supposed to be but I expected more.

I was only not highly satisfied for a few reasons. First, I didn’t realize it was only a 50 minute massage, instead of 60. But now that I know I’m happy with that. Second, the paperwork was a little long for my liking, but I did appreciate the questions asked :). Thank you.

The amount that the estheticians try to sell products during each service gets annoying. It happens every single month.

Nothing specifically! I just don’t typically rate “highly satisfied” unless it’s perfect. But no specific complaints; everything was great!
