The massage was supposed to last 60 min, however, the massage therapist got into the room late and the massage itself was only 40 minutes.

I was satisfied with my massage because I was very relaxing. I enjoyed the room, the bed and the massage itself. I can’t want to come back.

I was satisfied with my experience at hand and stone and I will defiantly be booking with Gigi again. This was the best experience I had at this location so far since becoming a member about 6 months ago.

This place was very nice and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating they offer me water also had friendly conversations. Fast setting time before you go to get your Massage.

I think you need a little more time for the money you spend. Like if you spend $100 you should get maybe 10 mins more than a hour and it was my bday so I had sometextra for free but my front legs didn't get hit right due to time . I should not have to spend more for ten minutes so time should be ten minutes more if you spend a $100

I was not clear in communicating my needs in terms of pressure. The therapist was wonderful, but the pressure was very intense.

Calling to make my appointment is the least convenient way, the app doesn't work on my phone and I didn't get a response via the website. While pleasant and friendly, the receptionist seemed a bit less professional/ knowledgeable than normal. My masseuse did a good job, but my typically person (Kai) gives feedback on where I need to stretch or what I need to work on in between appointments. All should have that training.

THE WELCOME MAT IN THE ENTRANCE DOWNSTAIRS WAS FILTHY, HARD TO FIND ELEVATOR WAS DOWN A DIRTY SMELLY CORRIDOR WITH POOR SIGNAGE AND LIGHTING.
