The person person answering the call when I made the appt was very monotone and did not seem friendly. The person checking me out kept trying to talk me into using my package instead of my gift card. Even after I repeatedly stated that I did not wish to use my package.

I understand you are a business, but the amount the staff pushes the add ons is a bit overwhelming. Also it was awkward having to wait in between my massage and facial and the staff didn't really know where to put me.

While I was interested in a scalp massage, I did not want peppermint oil. Front desk sure that was the only option. Therapist offered other scents (lavender or eucalyptus) but did not have an unscented option.

I was highly satisfied with my esthetician Susan she was AMAZING. I wasn't that impressed with the waiting area, it was crowded, I wasn't offered a beverage and when I checked in my service wasn't confirmed and they didn't try to offer me any add-ons. I booked a classic facial but was interested in the revitalizing facial but wasn't given the opportunity to ask any questions. it just felt really rushed and chaotic.

I was extremely satisfied at this location, hopefully this survey does not vount against them. I cancelled my membership due to the fact that when I need a massage due to back issues every location is "fully committed".. I can not plan when my back will stiffen up and plan a massage at that time. I found this location the best out of all I visited and the most convenient. Again its kind of a running joke in the workplace when I try and book since evry location that I call - Cherry Hill Rt 70, Cherry hill Haddonfield Rd, Philadlephia Columbus Blvd and Deptfor dNJ rt 42 NEVER EVER HAS availability unless you book day sor weeks in advance.

I tried a new person so maybe it was just not what I was used to. I would enjoy more of an incorporation of heat (e.g. more towels) in with the standard option. Also adding more of a lotion or slight scent to the gel would be nice.

Massage was satisfactory but not the best I've had. Other than that the over all service was was great.

My massage was not up to the standards I've had with previous experiences. I left with my back sore and uncomfortable.
