Back treatment felt slightly rushed. Esthetician was extremely kind and did a nice job but for the amount of money I paid, I was in the room for probably 40 minutes.

Biggest issue was the smell of the waiting room, it smelled artificial, like a cheap vanilla chapstick. The massage rooms were fine and did not smell as much. They were comfortable, if not a little too hot just at first. Overall, very satisfied with my service here!

When i called in to book the couples massages the receptionist quoted me a price of $109.00 then when i was done with my massage i was told $139.00 thats a $30.00 difference and all she said that was my mistake so next time i just hope they are clear with the pricing.

While I enjoyed my massage, the massage therapist looked angry and barely spoke to me. Also I would like to be able to use my packages for other services available at hand & stone but was told I would need to pay out of pocket or get an additional membership.

The only thing that takes away from the experience are the styrofoam cups that are used. They strsss me out. I wish a more environmentally friendly would enhance the experience.

I had told my massage therapist that I was very sore from a previous day's work out and I felt like my massage therapist was more focused on working out muscle knots and areas of tightness, but to the point that it was painful and uncomfortable at times. I had to tell multiple times to reduce pressure or to move to another area because it was painful or uncomfortable where he was massaging very vigorously. Because of this, I did not feel totally relaxed and able to enjoy the massage.
