It was great, I have no complaints, but there was nothing that made it stand out greatly from other massages I have received.

Robes prior to massage in relaxing area while waiting would have elevated the experience.

I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is extremely friendly and patient. I have specific aches and pains and every therapist that I have had has really helped me and given me some teaching to take home about my problems. I thought about canceling my membership because I wanted to save money for the holidays but I was reminded why I love this place so the membership stays!

Descriptions for facial should include neck / decolletage or hand / arm massage included.

My experience was overall very good! Likely to come back.

I thought the detox facial was 59.99 as they said on the website. However it turns out to be extra 20 bucks for the detox. This info is not included on the website.

I had a wonderful massage. I did not think the $15 add-on hot towel foot massage was worth it, though. It lasted about two minutes and actually really burned my foot. I was in pain for about 45 minutes afterward. It wasn't anyone's fault; perhaps I am just sensitive to how hot the towel was. As soon as I told the therapist, she removed the towel and cooled it off more. It wasn't her fault, as she said she did let it cool a bit beforehand. Even if I wasn't burned, the add-on was definitely not worth $15. Overall, I had a great experience and signed up to be a member.
