I love the calming atmosphere of the Feasterville location. My massage therapist, Jim Stark, is OUTSTANDING!! He has relieved years of pain and discomfort for me with his expert massage techniques, knowledge of massage therapies, and communication with me during the massage process to provide the best massage for my needs.

I know when I go to Hand and Stone that the therapists have been cked for their skill, a back ground check and are personable. I also know that there will be a great standard for cleanliness. The prices are straight forward.

Quality and relaxation is always at this location. Never encountered an issue except one time time and that was with Sabrina who did not keep my scheduled appt time. She took someone at the last minute as opposed to honoring my scheduled time. The price is high for the nano-facial.

I was very pleased with my therapist's ability to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. He periodically asked if the pressure was to my liking. I was completely relaxed when I left the facility.

This was the first time with Kelly since Earnest has been out. Now that I've had two massages one with Kelly and one with Ryan whom are both excellent, I will jump around and continue to use all three! I would totally recommend them both!
