Very disappointed in the wait time for one of the estaticians Tabitha…..she booked a last minute ahead of me even though I was on time and scheduled…..she keep me waiting for over 1/2 hour….I walked out….rescheduled with another on a different day…….this estacian was excellent

While I thoroughly enjoyed the facial, I had asked for the sensitive skin products. I'm almost positive that when I had this before, the upcharge was only $10. This time I had to pay an additional $25. I will not be getting a facial with this upgrade again since I think this is way too much to pay.

Everyone at this location is very friendly and professional. Ryan discussed my needs and pressure preferences prior to the start and did a wonderful job. I look forward to future massages with Ryan. Chris at the front desk was able to book my next massage and I look forward to returning.

This was either my second or third time having a facial with Barb. She is great at what she does! She always has good recommendations for the facial itself, follow up care, and products. She also informed me about upcoming Black Friday sales so that I could save money on the products that I use regularly.

The receptionist says hello by my name. The friendliness and personalized greeting is comforting. Allasa is wonderful. I would be very sad if she was not there. Perfect, soothing, relaxing massage...second to none!

The place is close to my house. It is very clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff is nice and professional.
