I'm always greeted warmly by the reception area and Mike always does a great massage. I like the flexibility and benefits of the semi monthly membership.

Makala gives a great face and head massage so I usually book her for my facials

I have 2 closer Hand and Stone to my house but prefer this one.

Justus was timely, friendly and helped me relax during my service. The massage was really nice and he did amazing feet work. I would definitely recommend him.

I have no reason to ask about products as I do not ask about them unless I need them. It is at that time p, I ask about them. I do NOT like to be asked/upsold on products by reception or by my aesthetician. It’s annoying and unprofessional. They respect this and I appreciate that at this spa.

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgable. Once taken back, Gia was extremely friendly and answered all my questions about the different types of add ons. When leaving, Gia recommended great products and the receptionist did. good job at explaining the membership program to me.

I had the pleasure of having a facial and eyebrow wax done by Gia. Gia was very informative and cautious of sensitive areas on my face. I’ve experienced no negative reactions and still feel and see the results of our service! She was also very receptive with how I wanted my eyebrows done and I can happily say I’m very pleased with how they turned out.
