I hadn't been in for a massage for about two months and I was in immediate need. The use of the app was easy and convenient. The available times and therapists was convenient also. Valerie did an amazing job at relieving my pain areas and adding pressure, suggesting other things to do and services.

The reception staff was very accommodating. The web site, on-line booking procedure and on-line forms worked but were somewhat confusing. For example, I'm male and couldn't get through the "pregnancy" questions. My therapist, Ruby, was professional and thorough. I asked for a deep tissue massage, and she did a great job, but I wish she would have gone a little deeper. However, the next day, I felt great!
