Did I say I was highly satisfied? Perhaps I said highly satisfied on one or two questions. I liked the location, the reception area, and thought the massage room was neat, clean and relaxing. I was satisfied with the pressure during the massage but could have been better. I didn’t pay for a deep tissue but I expected a little more pressure than what I received. One thing that bothered me a little during checkout and payment was the attempt to sell me on the monthly membership. It wasn’t the ask, it was being asked more than once and the conversation could be heard by everyone in the reception area. The day I went was Mother’s Day so might have been more people than normal.

Dana always does a fabulous job. She uses every minute of the appointment as hands on. I always wanted to say that Brittany at the front desk is awesome. I have been a client for many years and she always greets me by name and says hello and goodbye. She goes out of her way to make everything wonderful for my appointments.
