Jessica, the esthetician, is amazing and the primary reason for me going back every month. She is very knowledgeable about products and skin care, and has a great bedside manner - relaxing and calm environment. It's also easy to book appointments and the wait time is normally minimal.

My massage therapist, Chiz, was one of the best therapists I ever had. His pressure was perfect. I have often experienced pressure to be an issue, even when I spoke up, by Chiz was great!
