Amanda was incredible. Super good, knowledgeable and friendly.

I find everyone to be friendly, helpful and quick to get the intake done. Jessica, my esthetician, does a wonderful facial and is friendly and sweet. The atmosphere is calm and the areas are all clean and neat. The only thing missing is new bottles of hand cream on the counter! The old ones have been empty for quite a while!

The location and general appearance of the facility is very appealing .. the staff at the front desk are super friendly and professional. It happened to be a little busy when I was there and they were bombarded with all sorts of questions , some ridiculous , and the girls handed all of it in a gracious and knowledgeable manner . I just joined H&S a few months ago and have only used one therapist Sal , but he is excellent . Friendly and professional , does not waste time, and uses the appropriate pressure to my preference . He maximizes massage time and doesn’t waste time with the fluff that other places tend to use your hour with .. ie. chitchat , fiddling with music lights , etc

I have been going to hand and stone due to sore mussels. My therapist takes time to understand issues. She is a necessary part of my health care.

Just walking in gives you a relaxing feel, from the ambience to the music and smell of the reception area. It's a nice hour of pampering not too far from home! Everyone is very nice, professional and helpful. I enjoyed my visit!! Thank you.
