I have been consistently satisfied with my experiences at Hand and Stone for the past several years of my membership. All massage and facial providers have been knowledgeable and friendly.

First and foremost the receptionist are very professional and friendly upon arrival and during check out. Secondly Jessica in the Livingston NJ location does an excellent JOB! I even trusted her with my 13 year old daughter and she LOVED her first experience. Lastly I trust her and take her advise for everything. My skin has improved tremendously and I was one who was oils not purchase anything additional including service and products but if Jessica recommends it I’m all in. Thank you for your exceptional service to all at the Livingston NJ location. Great Job management

I don’t appreciate how pushy staff is about tipping after the service. It’s very demanding. If I wanted to tip I will tip I don’t need a loud constant reminder. Leaving me embarrassed and ashamed if I don’t.
