My normal person I go to could not make it so they gave me someone else to do my facial and they did a great job. Was very happy with what they did!

My massage therapist Amanda always knows how to adjust the massage to meet the needs my body is experiencing at that moment. The staff is always friendly and my appointment is always on time. My only issue is that because my therapist is so good she is very popular and getting a regular monthly appointment with her is becoming increasingly difficult. I have been a regular customer of hers since the store re-opened during the pandemic and only in the last few months has it become a challenge. For example, I usually book my next monthly appt upon checking out from my finished massage. When I went to do that yesterday, the next available appointment was over 6 weeks away! That is very frustrating for someone with a monthly membership. I would hope that regular, existing customers would be given priority with their preferred massage therapist.
