I enjoy coming to Hand and Stone. Rarely have things been unsatisfactory. Your facility is clean, your therapists are polite, and I've enjoyed visiting.

The therapist was Excellent. He took time to work on my problem areas and was very attentive. He made sure to communicate his methodology and I felt absolutely marvelous after the massage. I really enjoyed this experience and will definitely return for another treatment.

Sahiba is always friendly and knows what service would be best for me. She doesn’t force me into buying anything. However, she is very effective with her recommendations.

I should be able to freeze my membership if I need to. Being told I need to have a medical exemption is ridiculous. My membership should fit my life, not my life fitting to the membership.
