Hand and Stone

I should be able to freeze my membership if I need to. Being told I need to have a medical exemption is ridiculous. My membership should fit my life, not my life fitting to the membership.

Overall very good experience

Hand and Stone Livingston is clean and comfortable. I got a facial with Jenna and she is nothing short of AMAZING. She always provides a warm and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend going to Hand & Stone especially the one in Livingston.

I had an LED light facial with Jessica. This was the second time I had an LED facial. I figured I would give it another shot. I liked Jessica a LOT more than Jenna. While both explained everything and recommended products, Jessica did a little more, such as massaging my neck, shoulders and upper chest. I don't think I will have another LED facial since I did not notice much difference, but I am trying a product that Jessica recommended.

I've been going to Sahiba for about 6 months now and she has been doing wonders for my skin. I have struggled with acne and dull skin for a better part of my adult life and I feel like she has revived my skin. Any time I ask her about products or things I see on TikTok, she always has a depth of knowledge and recommends based on what she feels is right for my skin.

The massage therapist and aesthetician provide excellent services. I've visited them each consistently and am never disappointed.

The receptionists are always friendly and very helpful. Suzie, my massage therapist is always attentive to my body's needs. I am very fortunate to have her as my massage therapist!
