I did not have to wait at all for my appointment. My massage therarapist explained the face mask policy very clearly and answered my questions because I was afraid of not being able to breath/relax (she was right I barely noticed the mask after a minute). My massage therapist did great work around my neck and shoulders like I asked but did not skip or rush any other part of the massage. She even got to my scalp and rubbed my hair! The only downsides to my experience were that the online booking wasn't working so I had to call and that I had to bring an email with me to get the introductory price instead of being able to read code over the phone to receptionist.

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgable. The Waterford Lake, the location I go to, is always very clean and neat. The therapists have always been very professional, friendly, and incredibly good at their job. I recommend them every chance I get.
