Every time I come to this spa everyone is so welcoming. When I have questions they answer them politely and kindly. Sometimes in the past I wouldn't be able to make it to an appointment and they were very kind and understanding about it. Overall they are a great place

first, the receptionist is bubbly, energized and friendly. Greets my daughter and me when we come in. She conversates with us and is a very outgoing fashionista (Natalie!)!! My massage therapist is the best. The girl has healing hands I tell you. She works out the pain and stress. She asks if she can apply pressure and I leave pain free not like I have been run over by a truck. This place and people are genuinely friendly and clean.

I’m always greeted in a friendly manner. The reception area is always exceptionally clean. Regardless of who I get as a massage therapist they always focus on the areas I ask them to, are knowledgeable, friendly and I leave feeling better.

Great relaxing atmosphere... little bit of chatter in hallway during session however. I did feel Safe from covid throughout the entire process. I love that there sanitizers readily available. I had patricia during my facial and love jer expertise and gentle touch during facial. She listens and address all my ski concerns.... texture, aging / fine lines and adult acne. She’s awesome. I never feel let down by her treatments. I have had a few massages lately... all at lake underhill location too. I Always feel safe and They have great practitioners, which have all listened and addressed my problem areas. I will definitely be back again and again. This was one membership i wasn’t willing to part with during covid!!!

Kimberly is an excellent therapist, I appreciate she uses bio freeze, and I come out the room brand new Thanks Kim.

Great experience

No wait time at all when I arrived. Signed the covid form and took my temp and went right back to the room.

Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Appreciate the care given
