My experience was perfect. I truly appreciated the extra precautions the location is taking to help keep me and others healthy during these strange times. My facial was top notch and as always, Patricia knew exactly what to do to revive my skin...it was radiant after my wonderfully relaxing treatment.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because my massage therapist, Catherine Frazier, did an amazing job! She listened to where I wanted the most of the focus to be and were I didn't want work done. She gave the perfect amount of pressure, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. She was kind, receptive and very talented! Catherine gave me one of the best massages I have had in a very long time and I will definitely be going back to see her again!

This was my first visit since COVID-19. 3 months without a massage and the stress of life now. Physically I needed a massage . However the anxiety attached with a close quarter service was a concern. All my conerns were alleviated prior to arrival with the staff explaining covid procedures that were in place.And how well the staff executed the procedures. The cleanliness of the facility and the staffs overall positivity made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience

The Waterford Lakes location has been the same for 3 years. The staff is amazing everytime. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Christina has become a friend and I trust her completely, even when she scolds me about plucking my eyebrows or not using my SPF everday. I swear she spies on me. My husband said my face was brighter and he could see the difference in my skin.

I thought everything went smoothly with all the new precautions . Wearing a mask face up isn’t for me I did choose to stay face down longer. I do understand why just hard to relax fully. But ami did a great job and Glad I went!
