I was very pleased with the overall service. However, credit needs to be given to the therapist. She really does a fabulous job to relax you. Her technique is professional and you can feel a difference when you leave. I have had some massages in the past where it left my neck sore when it had not been before. She was able to work on my neck in a way that did not hurt me. Overall, my massage was effective and I felt wonderful following. I thank her for her hard work.

I haven’t had a massage in three months due to Covid and Sheena did an amazing job as always in making up for all of that missed time! The Waterford location is clean, convenient and the staff are always friendly. I look forward to my monthly “me time” at hand and stone, thank you!

The only negative thing I’ll say is I’m not sure why my membership was increased 10 extra dollars a month to be “consistent” with other memberships, after I was promised my rate, but I do love this place.
