My therapist was great! she worked on my problem areas and loosened up my tension. I can't wait to go back and have her work on me again.

Rachel did an amazing job with my massage. She also was very good at communicating with me during the massage, making sure I was comfortable, etc. She took the time after the appointment to demonstrate/explain certain stretches that would help with my specific problem areas. I felt as if she was truly concerned about my well-being. The reception staff did an excellent job at explaining the benefits of a membership.

Zorina is my massage therapist. I don't want anyone else! She listens to my needs and she is wonderful. I will tell you I went to the Oviedo, FL location and Joe did my massage. I was very disatisfied. I emailed but I go no response. He spent more time tucking my sheets in than massaging. I would NOT recommend him. Back to Waterford Lakes. I actually bought 3 massages for friends for gifts for Christmas. I'm very satisfied there and don't want to go anywhere else or have anyone else do my massage.

Great service as always. Greeted by friendly receptionists. Was able to get a last minute appointment to help with my painful lower back. Massage therapist was exceptional and addressed all of my problem areas and left me feeling superbly relaxed. Thank you!

Facial was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and gentle on my skin. She recommend products that would work for me. Her name was Kayla and she was only 18 years old but was so professional.

Office staff was great. Massage was wonderful!! Ami was an amazing therapist! Definitely will see her again!!

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The facility is always clean. Chris is a phenomenal masseuse.

Cynthia is the absolute best therapist! She’s so nice and professional, but her hands are like gold! I always leave feeling relaxed when she’s my therapist! The front staff are also very nice and always genuine. Best massage place, ever!

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The Massage Therapist is by far one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Asked the right questions to provide the service i needed at that time.
