Hand and Stone

I love going to Hand and Stone. My masseuse, Rosie, is wonderful. She is extremely talented at what she does and I give her my highest recommendation!

The cleanliness and professionalism is excellent at the spa. The experience with the aesthetician was great she was very knowledgeable and offered what I needed. The actual service made my skin feel great and still does.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad massage at Hand & Stone. They are always on time.

I it was a great message. They also told me about other great services. I felt well taken care of.

The employees at this location are alays great. Don't charge for pausing the account. Other sites don't charge. Also, when booking online or via the app, I cannot book for longer massages. When a non member purchases gift cards for a member, use some creativity by asking if they want that to be a credit applied to members account instead of pushing them to set up a membership to "save" money on the gift cards.

Patricia is a great knowledge base, including knowing what procedures are appropriate following Botox and fillers. She always gives good advice and is wonderful.

The girls (and guys) are always polite, pleasant and fun to be with. They make it easy to want to go back. I love the way they make you feel and how easy it is to continue going.
