Kimberly, my massage therapist, was incredibly welcoming and considerate. She let me know what her usual style of massage was and asked me questions to ascertain my needs. One of the driving factors for me going to get a massage was pain relief, and I had NO IDEA how relieving it was going to be! Thank you to the entire Hand & Stone team at Lake Underhill for providing an informative and relaxing experience.

My therapist addressed all my pain issues very well with massage. She was friendly. She asked me questions regarding the massage while performing it but was quiet the rest of the time, which I like because I can't really relax if someone is talking to me.
