Hand and Stone

This was a belated Valentines Day gift to my husband and the couples massage was wonderful. We both felt so relaxed afterwards. My therapist did such an amazing job I fell asleep on the table! We will definitely be back.

The reception area was neat, clean, and inviting. My wait to get my facial was very short. The esthetician was super friendly and knowledgeable about the service I ordered. She recommended a shaving cream to try out for my skin type. I just purchased it a minute a go here at Ulta Beauty. Thank you very much.

Kao listened to what areas I was wanting her to work on & explained what she did to address the areas (I had upgraded to massage soothing). She was interested in my experience w/the salt stone massage & was enthusiastic.

Franciso was so knowledgable. I had not told him about a problem area I had but he found it, explained why it was impacting my life and worked on it to relieve the tightness and stiffness. He is the reason I became a member with Hand and Stone.

Staff was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. Patricia is calming, provides great advice and answers questions in an efficient manner.

The receptionist Dahlia was very friendly and sweet from the moment I walked in the door. She was very knowledgeable on telling me what to expect for my first time. My massage and facial therapist were both Umi and she was beyond amazing! The whole experience was great and I definitely think I will be back :)
