responsiveness of massage therapists... if I just wanted silence she was accommodating, if I wanted to chat a little, so would she. also like the team spirit.. she suggested to other massage therapists at the location that where trained more specifically in a manner that might help me.

The experience at the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa was extremely positive. All of the workers from the front counter to the facial specialist were professional, warm and friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

Patricia is an amazing esthetician. She is a great listener and always leaves my skin neatly hydrated.

Highly satisfied with ALL the staff but feel products are too expensive. I won't be purchasing any.

Spa experience was wonderful

This last massage was one of the best I have ever had. The therapist was skilled. I am a self-admitting control freak and have a hard time relaxing at appointments. This appointment almost had me asleep! So grateful for the therapist's care and skill!
