I have an amazing therapist at the Waterford Lakes location Cynthia Pyles. She is experienced and has excellent customer service skills.

The receptionist at the Waterford Lakes Hand & Stone is super friendly and so nice to deal with. I enjoyed my masseuse that I had this time, she was super knowledgable when I asked her questions about the peppermint scalp massage and ways to help my migraines. Overall it was a wonderful day & experience and I'll be back!

Great therapist Great Massage Great Location I always feel welcome and Delilah (I hope that's spelled correctly) is terrific. She remembers what type of massage I prefer and always asks if there's areas that needs special attention.
