Hand and Stone

I had originally scheduled a facial and massage about a week and half prior to coming in. I called the day before the appointment after a positive pregnancy test to ask about the massage. I was congratulated and also informed that I would have to cancel the massage during the first trimester. The receptionist was knowledgeable and kind, she didn’t make me feel bad for having to cancel. The aesthetician was very warm and easy to talk to, her technique and style of facial work was incredible for my skin- I will definitely be requesting her again.

I am comfortable with my massage therapist, whom I have requested every time I have scheduled my massage. She's friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and addresses my physical needs. The receptionist Natalie Gasten is personable, exuberant, and wants to make sure that I had a good massage. Great front office personnel.

It was super relaxing. Offered me an affordable service. I left feeling super reguvinated.

The reception staff were efficient and polite. Cynthia, the therapist, was courteous and welcoming. She even offered her business card with her days and hours she was available. Always a great experience.

I love the Waterford Lakes location. Great staff, very knowledgeable esto's (Patricia) however products that I needed were not available @ that location. I purchased "Its Becoming" along with face wash and Gel Primer but when I opened the "Its Becoming" the pump was damaged. I drove to Oviedo location to purchase Nuface C Serum, NuFace Cleanser Wipes because it was not in stock @ Waterford Lakes location however they refused to replace "Its Becoming" as this purchase was at a different location. The Oviedo location had the products I needed, NuFace C Serum, NuFace Cleanser Wash + Facial water spray but refused to cover replacement of "Its Becoming". I left without purchasing additional products and a broken tube of "Its Becoming". Staffing profiles ( Patricia) were outstanding @ Waterford Lakes. Other business processes need some work.

The first experience with Hand and stone was wonderful. From the time I entered to the time I left. I will be back again.

I love coming to Hand and Stone in Waterford Lakes. From the moment I walk in, the welcoming attitude from the receptionists and the reception area help me feel at ease. Every massage therapist I've been with has always gone above and beyond in helping me feel relaxed and renewed after our session. Overall it is a great location and I always leave feeling much, much better than how I came in.

The front desk staff are friendly and professional. Patricia the esthetician is knowledgeable and experienced
