My therapist was very attentive to my needs. She took the time to understand what i wanted and needed given my specific issues. it was the best message yet.

Appointments were onetime with no wait time. Made you feel relaxed and welcomed so you were able to enjoy your facial. Suggested a treatment to help improve my skin and was very satisfied with the results.

This was my first time at Hand & Stone and the reason I came in was because my mother-in0law gave me a gift card. I was so surprised at the quality of service, products, and overall ambiance of the spa. I was worried it would be like Massage Envy or similar chain places, but I was wrong! The gentleman in the reception area were so friendly and kind (with relaxing voices!) and my esthetician Christina (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! She has a true talent for healing. My skin is irritable and I have mild rosacea that she was able to soothe. I am hooked on this spa and I immediately signed up for a membership. I will recommend Hand & Stone to anyone looking for a facial or massage.

My therapist on my last visit was excellent. The reception staff are always great to interact with.

I was pleased because of the welcoming service, the professionalism of the staff and my esthetician Kristen (she is amazing).
