I have been visiting this spa for a year, and always have marvelous experience. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and serene. The receptionists always make feel welcomed. All of my wait times in the waiting room have been minimal. The estheticians are fantastic making sure that I’m always being taking care of. They are an absolute joy. Thank you to all at Hand & Stone for your hard work and premier customer service. Keep up the splendid work.

My therapist Mandy is excellent and know my preference and works on my problem areas. She leaves me very relaxed. The front office receptionists are always very professional and friendly.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the products she used during my facial. The front desk staff is always very accomodating with my membership and helping me use my points to my advantage. They also recommended this facial because it was this month's member reward, which was wonderful!

It was relaxing and met my expectations

My therapist Ezequiel was fantastic. Very respectful, courteous, and professional. He gave me the best deep tissue massage ever. After my first visit I was able to notice the difference. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The reception staff was very nice and attentive. Overall, my experience was awesome.

Front desk is not only friendly but helpful when booking. Eileen is always interested in n owing of any changes to my health and how can she make the experience the best one. I just enjoy coming! I love when you also provide free services due to our membership.

Rosie is amazing and takes great care of me. She knows my target areas and always makes me feel much better. She is the reason I go to Hand and Stone.
