Hand and Stone Waterford location offers a location that consistently exceeds my expectations. Ability to schedule is easy and availability for scheduling is always attainable. The therapists provide amazing treatments. The front desk staff is always friendly. I would consistently recommend this location.

The service is always consistent. I feel relaxed entering, during, and leaving the location. Though the cost for membership is a bit high, I do see the value in it each month.

Reception was friendly…check was quick…therapist was on time…friendly and knowledgeable. Checking out was uneventful…receptionists were very resourceful and helpful and willing to explain everything when asked.
