I look forward to my monthly visits. The Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, on time and listen to my needs. Rooms are quiet, dark and clean. I enjoy my massages with Denise, she is a wonderful therapist.

The availability of evening appointments. The availability of a male therapist. The front office staff was friendly. A reduction on the paperwork required.

Esthetician was very helpful; she suggested various options and even directed me to a suitable product. She kept me updated with everything she was doing during the appointment and was very friendly, carrying on a conversation.

The massage was thorough and very relaxing. She asked me my comfort level as well as if I needed any particular areas worked on. The overall experience was wonderful - it was also my first massage at H&S as I am a regular facial customer.

Massage therapist Stephanie was very nice and friendly. She made me aware of points that I can use. She also offered other add-on services that I might be interested in.

Cleanliness of the business from the moment of entry to departure. The spa area was very serene and well organized. The “soothing” music was a bit loud for my taste so the esthetician turned it off and I then enjoyed heard the music from another area. Liked the explanations of what the next steps were and that my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Already made another appointment!

Christina is fantastic. She listened to my needs, look at what needs attention and gives her best recommendation. I usually follow her suggestion. This time she knew I had a headache and took extra time to massage my neck and forehead to help.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Patricia for a 2nd time and she is amazing. She made me feel confident despite my age. Today my skin looks really good.
