Lily at the front desk was very helpful with a situation where I was looking to transfer one my massages to a friend. She had everything ready for me after I finished my massage. My massage therapist, Heidy, is amazing! I hadn't been in a while and she remembered how I like my massage and my specific concentration areas. She's great!

Andrew is very attentive to any problem areas and always asks if the pressure is too much or not enough.
