While I was extremely pleased with the overall experience, my massage was booked for me as a Mother's Day gift. My sister's gift card was supposed to be used to pay for my massage; however, I was charged for the massage. I guess there was miscommunication.

My therapist, Kimberly, was on time. She remembered my trip and asked about how I did. She has always been knowledgeable when I asked questions. Kimberly, specifically addresses my areas of concern. She obtained the skill set to use the deep tissue “cupping” method before my last visit and did well with the new technique.

Ami is very knowledgeable and awesome therapist. Ami always listens to my areas of concern and will focus on relieving my pain. Ami is the only therapist I see because she is just amazing.
