My therapist, Kimberly, was very friendly & thorough. Her kind spirit & pure vibes set the atmosphere & helped me to relax. She targeted all areas that were of my concern. I left feeling much better. I can't wait to get my next massage with her.

Called to see if I could get into see my therapist same day. Reception called back and I was seen by my therapist. Found out my account was getting mixed up with another person’s in Jacksonville. That makes me worried. Love Rosy my therapist, she is soooo awesome at her job!

Everyone is so nice and their services are reasonably priced. I will definitely go back because everytime I go there I feel completely relaxed.

The Hand and Stone website makes it quick and easy to schedule and appointment. Latrenda is amazing. I told her what was ailing me and she worked on that area while making the experience enjoyable and relaxing. She also told me to make sure I hydrate and provided me with water when the massage was done. Also, the ladies were courteous and provided great customer service at the front desk. I am going back in 2 weeks.

I love Christina she did a great job. Facials are such a nice stress relief for me. Staff is always very nice and helpful.

The receptionist and masseuse were very friendly. Every time I ask questions for the receptionists, they are able to answer and provide feedback. Also, the availability to get a massage at last minute is awesome.

Very difficult to set up a 100 minute massage. Usually must be set up over two weeks in advance (think that is too long). Waited two weeks then it was canx the day before it was scheduled. Very lucky you had an opening one day later , but at a different location. However, Kimberly was GREAT.

I love the entire experience. Jasmine and Zarena are wonderful. The receptionists are great too! My services add to the quality of my life and have helped in my reslilence plan following a traumatic life event.
