My massage therapist was excellent and I had a facial with Alexa. That was really fantastic in such a stress reliever that she actually was able to put me to sleep

My massage therapist was amazing. What are the best massages I’ve ever had. In fact, I’ll be returning to the Waterford Lakes location so that I can be seen by that same therapist even though I live right down the street from the Oviedo location. I can’t remember the therapists name but I have it on a card and my next two appointments are booked.

Scheduling was easy! The service provided was great! The message therapist did a really great job focusing on key areas (high tension). The waiting area was clean!!

Highly recommend Kimberly as my therapist she is amazing

The front desk and the therapist are great. The only problem that I have is the room temperature. It's warm. Stuffy . If is not because the personnel I will go somewhere else. It will be perfect if the temperature of the room were cold

1. My masseuse was terrific. The pressure she applied was PERFECT! 2. The staff members were friendly and all of them had a smile on. 3. The overall experience and ambiance was just relaxing.

I've known Sheena for a few years now so she knows me very well and we have a great relationship.

Kimberly is the reason I signed on for a membership and will continue. This last apt was therapeutic and I felt so well after the appt that I delayed scheduling with a orthopedic doctor. I feel great again. Totally experienced addressing my issue.

The staff up front were quite nice and friendly. Nice pleasantries exchanged that were genuine. Therapist was very good. Plan on requesting her again . But there are others at this store that have great skillsets as well.
