Jasmine was so sweet & made me feel so relaxed and comfortable ! She was very knowledgeable about products and even gave suggestions on Drugstore products that work good too !

Natalie, the assistant manager, is a true gem. She is friendly, welcoming, and feels like family! This was my 2nd massage with Zoreena. First time was full body, but this time I had hot stone and upper body only with more attention to my back. Zoreena has a great touch, customized the pressure on my neck, and left me feeling relaxed and stress free! I found myself nodding off to sleep a couple of times. I would book with her again anytime she’s available (it seems her schedule fills quickly)! I love Hand and Stone (particularly this location) and looking forward to my next visit!!

I am always welcomed when I walk thru the door. My message therapist has healing hands and a great personality. I am always in good spirits when I leave.

I believe that the web page is hard to understand and the services as well as the advantages of additional services. It is unclear what is covered by the monthly fee and how much are the other services if they are added. I also find it difficult to discern if one of the services is the appropriate one for me. I do not like the idea that I am offered products that do not fit me or that are just extras rather than important for a particular reason. thanks for listening.

The whole experience from check in to checkout was excellent- the staff were knowledgeable and friendly , the environment was relaxing and the massage was perfect

It was amazing !

My therapist communicated well with me and focused on the area that causes me the most problems. She is knowledgeable and always sees that my concerns are addressed. She also checks with me throughout the massage to make sure that the pressure is one that is comfortable for me.

My service provider was so kind and honestly one of the best I've ever encountered. She helped me relax and was so soothing and caring. I hate that I can't remember her name right now but I already have an appointment booked again with her for Sept 14th.

Receptionist had excellent bedside manners and public relations skills. Esthetician was prepared, knowledgeable and very thorough. The experience was relaxing and I felt comfortable with her.
