Kimberly is very personable and knowledgeable. She anticipates what my needs are as far as making me comfortable and helping me to relax. I really enjoy having her as my massage therapist!

This was my first visit to this location, but there was an appointment available which is rarely the case with my usual location. I was assigned to K O who was very professional and once she started working my muscles, her experience was obvious and very much appreciated. K O offered advise for future massages to make sure specific muscles are worked as they are specific to my problem areas. She also mentioned a stretching exercise to further work these muscles and so far I have found it is helping. Lastly, I gave my brother a gift card over Christmas and after his visit he signed up as a member. He has shared that he, too is appreciative of the Waterford Lakes staff and the great job they do. :)

Friendly clean and I always feel great when I finish my massage.the only thing is it a little pricey.May be that can change a little and more people can afford a massage. Thanks

Madelyn gives the best massages. She listens to what I need and adjusts the massages perfectly. The front desk receptionists are always so pleasant every time I am checking in and checking out.
