I felt very comfortable with Jasmine. She listened and addressed my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised by her technique.

I just wish the prices were a little cheaper, especially for having a membership. The upgrades are very pricey but given that it helps my face, I will continue.

Zerena is excellent and the entire staff is very friendly. She is popular so it is sometimes hard to schedule.

The location of your shop is very close to where we live. The lady who did my facial did a very good job. The value was very good.

Love this Hand and Stone. They have worked with me multiple times to change or reschedule appts during these crazy times. Latrinda is an amazing massage therapist! All staff at the desk are great!

Kristen was knowledgeable and listened to my request for areas that are a problem for me. She also made sure the pressure was an acceptable level. She made sure it was what I wanted.

I always have great massage therapists here! The only thing I would change is to add the 80 min massages back, because it was nice having that option. Also maybe getting more therapists because the slots go quickly.

Christina is knowledgeable, professional and I am always well taken care of. I can ask questions and get answers/recommendations as needed. I don’t feel pressured to purchase additional products.
