Hand and Stone

Hand and Stone doesn’t seem to be having issues with employee retention. There are several great massage therapists that have been there for a while now. Scott is always fantastic at dealing with aches and pains. The receptionists are friendly and patient.

Denise is a miracle worker. I love her approach, and she is so good at what she does. As a busy wife and mother who works outside the home I need help relaxing, and her gentle reminders that this is my space to relax and heal work so well for me.

Amazing service! I enjoyed my massage & the pressure points. I highly recommend getting a membership. You won’t find a place that will take care of you the way hand & Stone does!

I see Mandy on a regular basis. She is one of the best massage therapists I have encountered. Over the years, I have had many massage experiences from which I can compare techniques. Mandy adjusts her touch precisely to my requests and adjusts her methods when I have specific issues. She converses when I'm in the mood, and concentrates on the massage when I prefer silence. The receptionists are excellent and I have no major complaints. When it comes down to returning to H&S for massages, it really comes down to the therapist.

From when I enter the door everything is great from staff greeting to therapists massage. I feel great when I leave and can't wait til my next visit.

It is a nice store. The employees are friendly. It is a pleasant atmosphere.

I have been coming to this location for a while and I love it. The staff is great and nice. The only problem is the phones. I called 3 diffenrent phone numbers and none of them worked. I had to come in person to reschedule an appointment and make a new one as well.
