Very relaxing ambiance. Everyone was so friendly. I had never gotten a facial before, my esthetician was very helpful in making me feel comfortable.

Grant was my massage therapist and he gave an incredibly relaxing massage. He is a good therapist, was pleasant and listened to my needs well. Getting into an appointment was easy, and the waiting room was very clean and welcoming

I am thrilled with my massage therapist Laura at the Southlake spa. She is the reason I ended up buying a membership. I have enjoyed many high end spas during my travels. I would say she is one of the best if not the best I have ever had. Her professional yet friendly approach is perfect , as well as her knowledge.

I haven’t had a facial since the previous Esthetician left as I really liked her- but Denise turned out to be just as knowledgeable And was very attentive

I was in so much pain that I came in for a massage three days in a row. After my experience I am no longer in intense pain and have more mobility. I was highly pleased w the knowledge and skill of my therapist.

Massage therapist (Derrick) was very good - started on time, gave me the full hour, deep tissue techniques were very effective in loosening muscles.

My facial was great! It was refreshing and relaxing at the same time. Everyone was very nice and accomodatinh while I was in the spa. Offered me water before and after treatment and made sure I was happy the entire visit. 10/10 recommend.
