Hand and Stone

Everything was incredibly simple. From booking the appointment to arriving/departing. We felt at ease and very comfortable throughout the entire experience. My favorite location so far!

I went in with aches and pains from a jarring fall. My back pain was causing a headache. Erica was able to relieve the pain and I haven't had a headache since. I will be going back in a couple of days to have her work on me again.

First time into this spa and I enjoyed the entire experience. I will be back.

I am always highly satisfied with the massage and facial. Both technicians are very thorough and listen to your needs. My massage was perfect, and he understood what needed to be worked more than I did. I sit at a desk all day, and don't realize what muscles are affected, when they are not properly stretched. I always feel relaxed after a visit.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My aesthetician was the same. Very friendly and I loved the service! Very pleased.

Booking is efficient. Times I wanted were available. Staff is welcoming and polite. Therapist was a good combination of friendly without making me feel like I needed to chat through the appointment.

Laura is an excellent massage therapist and I will continue to use her as much as possible. My only complaint is the music in the rooms - I would like to hear something new and better. Its the same music every time and should be changed up.

I had a message by Erica and a facial by Megan. It was the best experience ever! From check-in, to the whole ambiance of the spa and the wonderful services provided, this was wonderful. First class all the way!

The reasons I indicated highly satisfied on the survey are 1) The massage therapist I have been seeing for at least 1yr and 1/2 is excellent at her profession. She listens and has always listened to my requests. I have many arthritis in my back and have been a weekly customer since I started at Hand and Stone there in Southlake, Tx. You are very fortunate to have DJ as your employee, and have never had a bad experience with her. Also, the front desk and managers have always been friendly and caring and I feel fortunate to be able to use the facilities because my quality of life is at stake.Thank you, I do value your employees and facility.
