I am so grateful to DJ she is professional, highly skilled and very personable. The relief I experience with ever massage is always consistent. I wish everyone who suffers with back issues could experience the gifted hands of this exceptional employee, I am always very grateful to DJ for her outstanding work ethic. She does her job cheerfully and I have never been disappointed because she approaches her job in gratitude...

The Southlake location is always clean and inviting, and the staff members are extremely affable. They do not discuss personal matters and keep it "all business" in the front. I am always impressed by their professionalism when I enter, although I do not spend much time waiting for my massage therapist, since he always arrives on time or early. Aaron works miracles on my calves, back, and neck for which I am extremely grateful. He is personable and a little silly, but extremely professional. I always look forward to my experience at Hand & Stone!

My latest MY Erica is amazing. I purchase Gift Certificates & am a monthly member. The Southlake H&S is a wonderful place. Love the ambiance.

Friendly staff. Great results

staff were professional and friendly, but not too much. I declined to join or purchase products, staff were not pushy or rude about this fact. The decision not to participate fully was not a fault of the therapist or the quality of the products or services. I am retired and my income is fixed so this will have to be an occasional luxury for me. The whole experience was very good, perhaps in the future you could consider an over 65 discount. we like to look and feel good too. In the meantime I will save us for another visit. Thanks to Kristen and Kim for a special (for me ) afternoon. Harriet Lynch

Having to fill out a form prior to every service is annoying. Even though nothing has changed with me, I’m told it is required every visit.
