For regular clients it is insulting to receive a threat just before each appt and its silly to have to fill out a form before each appt.

I'm still unaware of the new points system! I have not been in for a while and was not aware of the changes. I really like Julian and she is very helpful with my skin conditions. I have an appointment scheduled for face cyro next.

The therapist spent a lot of time on my shoulders and didn’t get to my feet at all. When she first started my massage, she would work on my neck for 2 min and then go to the counter to do something. Then come back to me. This was repeated about 4 times and there was nothing consistent. It just felt like she wasn’t prepared or organized. Everything was just ok but I didn’t feel great when leaving. I was also shocked to find out we now have to pay extra for aromatherapy. What is right about that??????

Will be using a different therapist next time. Shared my problem areas and they were not addressed during massage. Massage was quite different than what I have experienced before.

The cost keeps going up and now there’s a sign telling you how much tip is expected. I normally get message and facial and they’re always telling me I need to up grade my facial. This time it was an additional $20. I’m a 70 yr old senior living on a fixed income. Not rich! I jointed because my husband had passed and my grief counselor suggested it. I needed to do something for myself to make me feel good. With the increase you keep having, pay them more so they’re not living on tips.

I went in for pain, and it was not resolved. I've worked with other massage therapists with more medical training who were more effective in relieving pain. That's what I was hoping for

I was extremely satisfied with my esthetician. One thing that I despise is the up-sale, first from the front desk and again from the esthetician. I know this is a trained practice as I’ve dealt with it before from H&S. Will come back, but only because I really liked my esthetician. I will not pay extra for different, or additional products.

Therapist did not do neck massage although I mentioned shoulders and neck are main areas of concern. After mentioning also she used very low pressure.

It was just ok. Pressure to light for firm/medium. Technique mediocre.
