Good cleanliness. Therapist was great. Wish she would have asked me about the pressure or satisfaction so I may have told her I like it slow. She was great and awesome otherwise and really nice. I would recommend her

I will continue my membership, but I will never be booked with the therapist again that I used last week. I've been getting massages for 20 years and that was one of the worse. The pressure was terrible, she never checked with me to see how it was, she wasn't even waiting after to check on me- I had to see myself out to the front. Which is fine, but I'm accustomed to the therapist at least checking in when it's complete. She did not address a single area that I mentioned having problems with. I will stick with my usual therapist going forward.

This is the second time I've gone in for a facial and ended up using multiple packages. I suppose I'm just confused on what should be included in the basic facial (one package) vs when it's an add on.

I was taken back 5min past apt and did not start facial until 15min past apt and yet my 1hr facial was 45min total. Apt time 4:00. Start time 4:15..End time 4:58. I had a facial plus diamond glow with serum and cologne treatment. I love my aesthetician and her knowledge and facial are amazing but the value of 140.00 extra treatment and having apt short was disappointing. Thx

The facial was excellent. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that when I arrived the guy behind the counter told me I was checked in. After waiting 10 minutes - I was asked if I had filled out the questionnaire for a new facial appt - I hadn't been given anything to fill out - so I hadn't actually been checked in. My appt started late because I was waiting to be fully checked in.

At checkout the girl was new (I think) and didn’t understand how to utilize my “Christmas in July” gift card. Was about to charge me nearly double. Another receptionist was knowledgeable and helped
